What we’re looking for

We’re excited to see engaging randomizer effects that showcase your unique creativity and original ideas. To kickstart your creativity, here are a few themes we recommend:

Social test: Using Social Kit objects (Profile Photo and Profile Info Animation) and a randomizer with your TikTok friends’ information, you can boost interactions and create personal, fun results that spark laughter and warmth

Random challenge: Set a theme, like song lyrics or makeup colors, and watch as the randomizer pick a unique challenge. The unpredictability just adds to the fun!

Funny quiz: Input some basic info, like birthdays or facial features, and the effect does the rest, generating random, comical results that are sure to get a reaction

How to become a Weekly Star

Create an effect that aligns with our themes, use it in your own video, and feature it on your profile. Five outstanding effects will be selected each week and the featured videos will have the chance to reach audiences far and wide! Winners are announced weekly in the Effect House Discord Server.

Note

If you submit multiple entries or use multiple accounts, only the entry with the highest score per user will be considered.

How to enter

1. Download and create your effect using Effect House.
2. On the Publish Effect form, complete the required fields and select Randomizer Rumble under Challenge.
3. Click Next to review your submission. 
4. Click Submit and you’re all set!

Submission start date: June 12, 2024 at 10:00 AM PST

Submission end date: July 11, 2024 at 23:59 PM PST

Winner announcement date: By July 26, 2024

Open to legal residents of a region where Effect House and TikTok are available and who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority, at the time of entry. Enter by submitting an effect as described in the terms between June 12, 2024 at 10:00 AM PST and July 11, 2024 at 23:59 PM PST. Thirty-seven (37) winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on specific criteria set out in the terms. Username and profile picture of winner[s] will be displayed. Reward:
