Pet Face Sticker
Use Cat Face Sticker or Dog Face Sticker to attach 2D images or animations on your pet’s face.


In the Demo Effect section, you will learn how to add stickers to your pet’s face. Download the following file to get it started:
Add a Cat or Dog Face Sticker Object
Add a Cat Face Sticker object by clicking the Add button [+] > Pet Face Effects > Cat Face Sticker in the Hierarchy panel.
Add a Dog Face Sticker object by clicking the Add button [+]> Pet Face Effects > Dog Face Sticker in the Hierarchy panel.
Once a Cat Face Sticker or Dog Face Sticker is added to the Hierarchy panel, the 2D scene will automatically populate a pet face with landmarks.


Object Hierarchy
Starting in Effect House v2.0.0, the Cat Face Sicker object and Dog Face Sticker object are automatically added to the 2D Foreground Effects render group in the Hierarchy panel. Learn more about render groups.

Use a Custom Image
Replace the Texture of the Image component with your custom image.

Use a Custom Animation
You can apply an animation as the face sticker. Select the Cat Face Sticker or Dog Face Sticker object and go to the Inspector panel.
Add the Animation Sequence component by clicking + Add component > Animation > Animation Sequence.
Import your texture sequence assets into Effect House and then replace the Texture Sequence of the Animation Sequence component with your custom 2D animation assets.

Move a Cat or Dog Face Sticker
You can drag the image or animation within the Scene panel. Dragging and releasing the image or animation will cause it to snap to the nearest landmark. You can also drag the pivot to snap to a specific facial landmark point.

Cat Face Sticker Properties

Anchor: Determine the point the image anchors to. Choose between Custom Point, Face Center, Left Eye, Right Eye, and Nose. If the image is moved, the anchor will default to Custom Point.
Pseudo 3D: Change the way the sticker is simulated in its 3D position. Choose between None, Horizon, Vertical, and HorizonAndVertical.
Rotation Type: Choose the camera direction of the 2D image sticker. Select from the following 2 options:
- Device: The sticker’s Z rotation direction will follow the camera rotation.
- Algo: The sticker’s Z rotation direction will follow the tracked face.
Which Face: Choose between the 5 different faces. Multiple faces can be selected. The default value is Face 0.
Dog Face Sticker Properties

Anchor: Determine the point the image anchors to. Choose between Custom Point, Face Center, Left Eye, Right Eye, and Nose. If the image is moved, the anchor will default to Custom Point.

In Visual Scripting, you can use the Pet Face Info node to get the properties of a pet face in the camera scene, including the bounding rectangle, center position, rotation, and keypoints.
