Build Virtual Wonders with Visual Effects Editor

Visual effects play a crucial role in enhancing the atmosphere and storytelling of your effects. Last year during our Open House conference, we introduced Visual Effects Editor, Effect House’s new VFX creation suite. Now, the Visual Effects Editor beta is available to all effect creators!

To start using Visual Effects Editor, download the beta version of Effect House for free:

• For Macs with Apple silicon (M1/M2/M3)
• For Macs with Intel
• For Windows

How does Visual Effects Editor work?

With Visual Effects Editor, advanced visual effects that are typically only used in Hollywood blockbusters, can now be achieved right in Effect House. Using visual scripting, you can create advanced effects with particles, fire, smoke, fog, fireworks, or anything else you can imagine.

Visual Effects Editor works similarly to the Material Editor, allowing you to create effects by combining nodes. If you’re not familiar with Material Editor yet, don’t worry! Visual Effects Editor is an easy-to-use yet powerful tool. Check out our Visual Effects Editor guide for in-depth learning resources, including sample projects that you can download for free.
