We are thrilled to introduce the AI Effect Challenge – a three-month-long challenge for creators and VFX artists to showcase their creativity and technical skills in AI-powered effects. This challenge is an opportunity to experiment with AI Editor in Effect House to design AI-driven interactions, push the boundaries of generative effects, and craft unique, intelligent experiences. Learn how to use AI Editor to create your effects.
In addition to the main challenge, we will introduce sub-challenges throughout its duration, giving you even more chances to win prizes and gain recognition.
Sub-challenges are mini challenges designed around the latest trends and viral effects, offering extra opportunities to show off your skills and win prizes. Each sub-challenge will focus on different themes of game effects, encouraging you to experiment with new mechanics, interactions, and visuals.
Design AI-powered effects using multi-panel layouts or interactive dialogue. Whether it’s a four-panel comic, a six-frame storyboard, or a conversation-driven visual, show how AI brings storytelling and sequencing to life.

Each sub-challenge can only have one winner per participant. However, you can earn multiple rewards by participating in different sub-challenges! The more you compete, the more opportunities you have to win!
In the month following the Winner Announcement, all monetary prizes will be disbursed through the Effect House Rewards Center. Please ensure your payment info is added and up to date!
