About this challenge

Love is in the air, and so is creativity! This Valentine’s Day, we’re inviting you to design fun, romantic, and shareable effects. Whether it’s a green screen full of Valentine’s vibes, a randomizer with fun date ideas, or AI-crafted romance, we want to see your special effects.

Submit your effect by February 21, 2025, and win up to $1,000! 💌💘

What we’re looking for

Create Valentine effects based on one of these themes:

AIValentine: Use AI Art to create dreamy, romantic effects

Valentine Green Screen: Design interactive green screen effects that capture the Valentine’s spirit—think hot chocolate, love notes, or a cozy date night!

Valentine Randomizer: Make fun, shareable effects like random date ideas, Valentine’s gifts, or even restaurant recommendations

How to enter

1. Download and create your effect using Effect House
2. On the Publish Effect form, complete the required fields and select Love Effect Challenge under Challenge
3. Click Next to review your submission
4. Click Submit and you’re all set!

Submission end date: February 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM PST

Open to legal residents of a region where Effect House and TikTok are available and who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority, at the time of entry. Enter by submitting an effect as described in the terms between Feb 7th,2025 at 10:00 AM PST to Feb 21st, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST. Four(4) winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on specific criteria set out in the terms. Username and profile picture of winner[s] will be displayed. Reward:
